“Work Hard So You Can Play Hard”
When Mark Green and his wife made the decision to leave Southern California and raise their children in Enterprise, Oregon, the economy was weak, there were no available jobs and they had no connections in the area. But his resolve to stick it out without giving up paid off. The result was an opportunity to help build Viridian Management from the ground up. Mark currently serves as Regional Manager in charge of supervising daily operations and maintenance of properties.
With over fifteen years of industry experience, Mark has a vast knowledge of all aspects of multifamily housing operations. Through sound financial decisions and careful management, properties under his administration flourish fiscally and are physically well maintained. As a manager, Mark holds his staff to high performance standards and supports them in finding and utilizing their unique capabilities.
Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of La Verne and a strong background in accounting. He is an active member of the community, having served on the Enterprise School Board and Northeast Oregon Economic Development Department budget committees, the Chief Joseph Summer Camp board and the Enterprise Education Foundation board. He was also a recipient of the Oregon Affordable Housing Management Association (OAHMA) Supervisory Property Manager of the Year award.
Respected by colleagues, employees and residents, Mark is a driven individual with a deep sense of integrity and a strong work ethic. He balances hard work by taking time to enjoy great food, travel and quality time with family and friends. His formula for success? “Work hard so you can play hard.”
